Author's Notes:
This mod removes access restrictions on a variety of menus, so that most menus are accessible all the time, including hidden debug menus. This functionality is similar to looyh's Debug Options plugin for previous 2Ks.
Notes:
Use at your own risk, as some menu items cause crashes or other negative effects. Also, I have no idea if this mod can be used to cheat, but for maximum safety (to avoid being banned) I would recommend using it only offline and definitely not in any online-oriented modes.
Though the "Instant Replay" option in the pause menu will not always open, the "Photo Moments" option seems to open in every mode. When attempting to access it pre-game, your first access attempt will likely not work (i.e., screen will be all black). Simply unpause and immediate re-pause, then try going into "Photo Moments" again. At that point it will display properly.
INSTALLATION
Drag menudata.iff into your "mods" folder.
